How does Sona pricing work?

All paid licenses offered by Sona are priced based on a plan which includes both features and Sona credits. Sona credits can be utilized for data enrichment related to person-level identification, company-level identification, or email prospecting. Higher plans both unlock more features and Sona credits.

Will my remaining Sona credits stay on my account if I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

After canceling or downgrading, your credits will remain in your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

Which actions cost Sona credits (or are free)?

Sona credits are utilized for person-level, company-level, and email prospecting data enrichment. We charge credits for data enrichment since we pay data provides to access lead and account research data.
If you have existing subscriptions to any data enrichment tools such as Apollo, you can use them free of cost in Sona by connecting your own API keys.

Do Sona credits roll over?

Monthly subscribers can roll over unused credits to the next month. However, the total saved credits can't exceed twice the monthly credit limit of your plan.

Do I get charged credits if I bring my own API key?

You can integrate your existing API keys for support data enrichment providers into Sona for at no cost. To set this up, navigate to Connectors, select “+New Connector” and you can search for data providers for which API keys can be added.
